This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited activities and behaviors when using WaaZ.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not use WaaZ for illegal activity, spam campaigns, fraudulent communications, phishing, harassment, hate speech, malware distribution, terrorism-related content, violating platform provider policies, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized surveillance, sending unsolicited bulk communications, misleading or deceptive AI-generated communications, violating customer privacy laws, abusing messaging platforms or integrations, or accessing the platform from jurisdictions prohibited under applicable sanctions or export control laws.
Messaging Compliance
Customers using WhatsApp, Telegram, email, web chat, or other communication channels must comply with Meta Business Messaging policies, Telegram rules, email anti-spam regulations, local communication laws, and customer consent requirements.
Customers are responsible for obtaining proper customer consent before sending communications.
AI & Automation Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for monitoring AI-generated responses, configuring guardrails, reviewing escalations, managing human takeover workflows, and preventing misuse of automated communication systems.
WaaZ reserves the right to restrict or suspend AI functionality if harmful, abusive, illegal, or high-risk activity is detected.
Enforcement
WaaZ may suspend accounts, restrict features, remove content, disable integrations, freeze billing access, restrict AI Employees, or report unlawful activity.
Enforcement actions may occur without prior notice where necessary for platform security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
