Welcome to WaaZ.

WaaZ is an AI Workforce Platform that enables businesses to create, configure, and manage AI Employees across customer communication channels including web chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and future integrations.

WaaZ is a product of Overleap.

Depending on your location and service jurisdiction, services are currently provided by one of the following entities:

For customers located in Sri Lanka and temporarily for most international customers: Overleap Private Limited, 334, 1st Floor, Dalugama, Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.

For customers located in the Kingdom of Cambodia: Overleap Co., Ltd., 35, Mao Tse Toung Boulevard, Phum 9, Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang 1, Khan Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh, 120102, Kingdom of Cambodia.

By accessing or using WaaZ, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility

The platform is intended for businesses and users aged 18 or older.

By using WaaZ, you confirm that you have authority to enter into these Terms, you are legally permitted to use the platform, and you will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Platform Services

WaaZ provides AI Employees, multi-channel customer communication tools, knowledge-based AI responses, CRM and conversation management, reporting and analytics, AI workflow capabilities, and AI-powered automation features.

Features may evolve over time. WaaZ may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security, managing access credentials, ensuring lawful use of the platform, ensuring uploaded content is legally owned or authorized, reviewing AI-generated responses before relying on them, and obtaining necessary customer consents for communications.

You are solely responsible for activities performed under your account.

AI Usage & Limitations

WaaZ uses artificial intelligence technologies that may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected responses.

You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are automated, outputs may contain errors, human review may be required, WaaZ does not guarantee factual accuracy, and AI responses should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice.

Customers remain fully responsible for decisions and communications made using the platform.

Customer data uploaded or processed through WaaZ is not used by WaaZ to train public AI models.

Subscription, Billing & Refunds

All WaaZ subscription pricing is denominated in USD unless otherwise stated.

Depending on customer location, payments may be processed in local currency using prevailing exchange rates, gateway processing charges, taxes, and conversion margins applicable at the time of billing.

For customers billed through Sri Lankan payment infrastructure, USD pricing may be converted into LKR based on exchange rates and processing margins configured by WaaZ at the time of transaction.

Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions may include monthly plans, annual plans, AI Employee licensing, AI skills add-ons, and AI credit or token purchases.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payments made to WaaZ are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

The following are non-refundable: subscription fees already billed, partial subscription periods, consumed AI credits or tokens, and add-on purchases.

WaaZ may review exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized payments. Any approved refunds remain at WaaZ's sole discretion.

Trial Accounts

WaaZ may offer free trial access.

Trial limitations may include restricted token usage, limited AI credits, limited channels, limited integrations, and restricted features.

At the end of the trial period, continued use may require payment.

Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded data and business content.

By using WaaZ, you grant WaaZ permission to process uploaded content, store conversations and files, use third-party AI providers where required for service delivery, and process communications through connected channels.

WaaZ does not claim ownership over customer business data.

Third-Party Services

WaaZ may integrate with third-party providers including OpenAI, Meta, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Stripe, OnePay, ABA PayWay, and email providers.

Your use of such integrations may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.

WaaZ is not responsible for third-party outages, restrictions, or policy changes.

Intellectual Property

All WaaZ software, branding, platform interfaces, workflows, and underlying systems remain the intellectual property of WaaZ and/or Overleap.

You may not reverse engineer the platform, resell the service without authorization, copy platform functionality, or misuse WaaZ branding.

Suspension & Termination

WaaZ may suspend or terminate accounts if terms are violated, abuse is detected, fraudulent activity occurs, payment obligations are not met, or platform security is threatened.

WaaZ may also suspend services to comply with legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaaZ shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, AI-generated inaccuracies, customer misuse of the platform, or third-party service failures.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Governing Law

Customers located in the Kingdom of Cambodia shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia.

All other customers shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

WaaZ reserves the right to update its contracting entity structure in the future as the platform expands internationally.

Changes to Terms

WaaZ may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
